So did it work? I have small broken capillaries around my nostrils and across the bridge of my nose - probably from too much sun. These are not particularly bad, but noticeable enough that I wanted rid of them. I used the whole Capillary Clear solution over a ... ...the treatment (I assume my skin was adjusting to it), my skin is much more happy now the treatment is over.
I therefore do not recommend this cream. It is quite expensive and did not match the claims made by the manufacturer. Combined with the slight irritation that the cream caused, it actually made the appearance of my skin worse. ... more

The photographs that it provides on the skin doctors website (www.skindoctors.co.uk) demonstrate this supposed dramatic result, with a marked difference between the before and after pictures.
So did it work? I have small broken capillaries around my nostrils and across the bridge of my nose - probably from too much sun. These are not particularly bad, but noticeable enough that I wanted rid of them. I used the whole Capillary Clear solution over a period of some 4-5 months. There were NO noticeable changes to the extent or size of my broken capillaries.
In addition to this, the cream caused some irritation and redness (counter to the claims of the cream) for a period of some weeks at the start of treatment. Although this got better over the course of the treatment (I assume my skin was adjusting to it), my skin is much more happy now the treatment is over.
I therefore do not recommend this cream. It is quite expensive and did not match the claims made by the manufacturer. Combined with the slight irritation that the cream caused, it actually made the appearance of my skin worse.

I thought this cream smelt nice, had a good consistency and rubbed in to the skin well. However, after using it for twice a day for 6 weeks I did not see a real difference in the appearance of my capillary veins (which are on my face).
This was disappointing, considering the cost, but I would still recommend it as a good moisturiser. ...

My skin itself is fairly sensitive, and my spidery capillaries were pretty visible. When I first applied the cream onto my skin, it absorbed quickly, caused no irritation and left it moisturised and smooth. Despite stating that I could achieve flawless perfection in 6 weeks, it took around 2 months (applying it twice daily) to finally see any difference and 4 months to finally use up all the cream.
Despite not getting rid of them completely, ... ...you have an extreme case of broken capillaries, I would not recommend this as I doubt it would be that effective as some of my capillaries remain.
However, if yours is a rather mild case with small broken capillaries, I wouldn'y strongly recommend it... but if you have around £19 to spare, why not? ...

I have tried one brand of anti redness cream before (another vitamin K cream similar to this one) with no success - the reason being - I never persevered and this is a must.
I have just finished my first jar of "Capillary Clear" but only saw an improvement in week 8 of the treatment. I have quite severe redness and broken capillaries and the redness seemed to have diminished considerably during weeks 7 to 8 of the treatment - but the broken capillaries ... ...buy another jar as I actually thinks this stuff works. I have tried the Avene and Lierac anti-redness range along with numerous less expensive products but with no success. I highly recommend this products even though it takes time to see even a slight result. From what I have seen after 8 weeks of using the product, I will definitely keep on using it. ...
