Skin Doctors Potent C+ Skin Renewal System

I used Skin Doctors Potent C+ Renewal System for a period of eight months with some very good results indeed. The system itself is based on the latest scientific evidence into skin care and anti-ageing, and contains super duper doses of anti-ageing vitamin c and other effective anti-ageing agents.

Firstly, you have four creams/serums that come with the pack.These are the Potent C+ Serum, the Nourishing Accelerator, the Day Cream and ...
...etc using a gentle cleanser. Skin Doctors probably have a cleanser in their range too if you wanted to stick to their product range, but I just used my usual cleansing lotion.

Firstly, you have four creams/serums that come with the pack.These are the Potent C+ Serum, the Nourishing Accelerator, the Day Cream and the Nourishing Night Cream. So this is how it works:

1. First you cleanse your face of any dirt, make-up, etc using a gentle cleanser. Skin Doctors probably have a cleanser in their range too if you wanted to stick to their product range, but I just used my usual cleansing lotion.

2. You pump out a small amoutn of the Vitamin C Serum into your palm - one to two pumps is plenty as a little goes a long way and this stuff is potent!! Smooth this over the face BUT do AVOID getting this near the eyes as it stings like hell and is quite strong. Wait a minute.

3. Pump a little of the Nourishing Accelerator into the palm - again use sparingly and apply this layer over the top of the Vitamin C Serum. This accelerator is intended to increase the amazing effects of the Vitamin C serum and works hard to penetrate the skin and promote anti-ageing.

4. Next apply your day cream over the top. This cream is quite runny and you again only need a little. Massage into the skin and the you are ready to apply make-up if you wear any.

5. At night time apply the super rich night cream which is wonderfully creamy and rich, but absorbs well.

IMPORTANT: I did find that these products did cause a little stinging and tingling of the skin when first applied. The ingredients are quite potent, but super effective. Also, do not apply these creams to your skin if it is at all burnt from being out in the sun, or after any kind of exfoliating type treatments as this could be bad for your skin and could increase the chances of irritation. Over time, and with daily use, your skin will look visibly refreshed and smoother and you will see increased benefits of improved renewal of the skin.

I would recommend this system to people who have signs of ageing to their skin. I personally would be a little careful though if you have very sensitive skin and advise testing a small area of the skin before using all over the face.
