'stop being a moron and start getting skinny' how do you expect to keep shovelling the same crap into your mouth everyday and lose weight? - two small quotes from the book, are they true? well to say i enjoyed this book would make me feel a little odd as the two ladies envolved in this book must have had brainwashing training! im sorry to say that this book is very informative if not overly informative to the point of me almost being sick, so unless you are ready to be a vegan i wouldnt even bother reading this as they (rory & kim) say that to be healthy you can only be vegan ( no meat or dairy products), they do go on to explain why they believe this through rearing animals, animal slaughter and the transport of. thats basically, its quite repetative.......they do provide a full diet to follow at the back of the book which again for us being in the UK isnt really recognisable and considering how popular this book has been in the UK since our buddy POSH was seen reading it maybe they should convert it into a UK version. skinny bitch retails for £7.99 and is a good but vivid, brainwashing read which is cheaper if you look around the writers:- Rory Freedman - former agent for ford models! a self taught know it all Kim Barnouin - a former model who holds a masters of science degree in holistic nutrition this book is to the point and forceful of its opinions, 'stop being a moroon and start being skinny' and thats polite, if you lose weight after reading this book its probably from being sick but if your stomach is a little stronger and your considering becoming a vegan then give it a go... be warned!
