TOPCOM VoIP Microphone Headset 400.

This is a cheap and cheerful set of headphones which I bought at the local market recently, The reason I bought them was the fact that when the younger family members visit they nearly always play games or music on the computer and the only headphones I had was my rather expensive Sony set. So rather than worry about anything happening to them I picked up the Topcom 400 Headset at the very cheap price of £4.99! At that price they sound pretty rubbish but after reading the specs on the package they sounded not bad and I thought I'd give them a go anyway. Review of TOPCOM VoIP Microphone Headset 400

Advantages: comfy all day wear
Disadvantages: loud feedback

This headset is a bit expensive for its quality. Although i bought mine outside the country for a considerable lesser price, had i known better, i would have bought a wireless one. It is still functional after two years. I lost both of the voice tube microphone cover though and i think that is whats causing too much echo when i talk and too much mic sensitivity. That also causes alot of feed back so i have to press on mute all the time, and everytime i am done speaking, to avoid the feedbacks. On the upside it supports all Plantronics amplifiers and USB-to-headset adapters so i guess i just have to get one. It is also comfortable to wear for long hours. I would not recommend to get leatherette ear cushions, that made my ears sweat and itchy eeks. ...
