I have had my telephone service disconnected 4 times by Sky through no fault of my own. I pay by invoice which takes a few days to get to me but they have cut me off before i get the invoice stating late payment. As if this wasnt bad enough the last time they disconnected me they requested 2 months in advance to reconnect it. This was the last straw and I'm now changing telephone providers. If it wasnt for Sky being the only satellite provider in the UK I would have changed that also. Each and every time I have spoken to theyre customer services they are unhelpful and give the impression they couldn't care less!!!!!! I wouldn't recommend them at all. One of the reasons I signed up to Sky talk is to have everything on the one bill but its really not worth it.
