Especially since this book is quite towards the end of the series as only one more fairy to find and it assumes you already know who Kirsty and Rachel are and that they are humans with the magic to temporarily ... more

Cover: As with all in this range, it's a paperback, which equals bends tears & creases. Also doesn't wipe down easily and the corners start to fray. Story: The series of books tells the story of the Rainbow fairies. Each book concentrates on the background and adventure of one of the faires. Ranging from the first book in the series, Ruby the red fairy through the vast colours of little pixes to Heather the Violet fairy which is the last in the series. Big and friendly font allows the story text to be either read by yourself out loud to the child, or for her to try and read herself. Accomapnied by lovely big and often whole double pages of picture illustrations. A bored little girl is unlikely to result from flicking through the pages as the story unravels....
