Advantages: Great option for a low cost second line, Call quality, Send file or text feature Disadvantages: More regional codes would have been nice, Skype standalone phone needed or a PC
We trialed them in our home office as an option for a second business line as they offer a landline number. We picked an 020 number and the unlimited US calls option. The sound quality is fantastic I would say CD quality - even better than our landline. The freedom of having unlimited calls is a joy and I can see any business that does alot of international phone calls really benefiting from some of the call packages on offer. Quick review of Skype.com
Skype is the best client you can download to make free PC to PC calls.There are millions of users you can find online on skype and this makes it unique than other such websites..They are free except the internet charges that your ISP would charge you if you are using Pay Per MB Internet Plan.
The quality of calls is superb with no problems in sound reception.
Skype can also be used for PC to phone calls at cheap prices but I have never tried this option as i did not find the rates to be cheap.
I would recommend that if you have an unlimited net connection than just download the skype client and get going for free PC to PC calls ...
