    If you like your metal hard, fast and just downright brutal, Slayer IS the band for you. Jeff Hannemann (guitar) and Kerry King (guitar) provide some of the most evil riffs to ever grace the planet. While switching between squealing solos Tom Araya (vocals and bass) provides us with fast paced lyrics and high pitched screams, the likes of which you will never encounter in any other band. Songs such as Angel Of Death, Jesus Saves, South Of Heaven, War Ensemble & Ditto Head are loud and heavy enough to make any granny wet themselves.     Slayer are the most geniune heavy/Thrash metal band around today, and have been for the past twenty years. If they werent, then why are they still here?! Producing numerous albums and a huge number of songs, Slayer have the most evil sounding riffs and fast paced drumming i have encountered. A few of the best songs are: Angel Of Death, Raining Blood, Exile, Dead Skin Mask, God Send Death, and loads more. Their best album in my opinion, has to be Reign In Blood, due to the brilliance of Angel of Death, Piece By Piece, Raining Blood of course, and all the other mean tracks on Reign In Blood ... more
