Ive always suffered with a little excess fat on my belly, some may say its puppy fat! However last year, i was planning to go on holiday to cyprus and i couldnt stand my body so i thought id buy some toning equipment and i picked this one, mainly because of the price, i bought mine for £34 from boots. I used it 3 times a week and within the first 2 weeks i noticed a slight change so i continued to use it and im real happy with my body now, my belly has toned with definition, all i needed next was a tan for the perfect bikini body. Really easy to use, instructions are clear. Would strongly reccomend it to anybody wanting to tone up for that hoiday or summer, maybe valentines? katy.

I never thought these actually worked. At that price it might be worth seeing if I can get rid of the baby belly.
