Slim-Fast Chocolate Drink Bottle

I found these milkshakes to be very tastey and filling, and it definitely aided my weightloss. It is difficult replacing meals with milkshakes, so only worth trying if you're determined to lose weight. Also if you go back to 'old habbits' after finishing with slim fast, I'd imagine the weight would pile back on quite quickly. I found this quite difficult as the chocolate was the only shake that I liked, so it got a little bit boring. Also having something with a sweet flavour for a meal doesn't feel right, and I found that I was really wanting some food with salt or chilli on it! To conclude ... more
