I am always in such a hurry & more often than not forget to have breakfast or lunch. Then by mid afternoon I am ravenous and reach for the most convenient snack which is always a bar of chocolate ( so easy to prepare and a quick fix). So it's a case of a quick pasty from the bakers which happens to be right next door to where i work or a couple of bars of chocolate.

I was in Tesco's one day when I spotted a "three for two" offer on the ready made cans of Slimfast shake. I've used the powder shake mixture in the past & although I really liked it, it was all down to the time it takes to make up which made me not bother. So for £1.98 I bought three different flavour cans. Chocolate, strawberry and banana. I liked them all but the Banana one had me hooked. I was left feeling quite full for the rest of the day. And as can has 23 vitamins and minerals and just over 200 calories, I'm sure i am getting much more goodness than I ever was before.
These shakes are the ideal meal replacement, and with a bit of excercise they are a great way to get in shape. I even have a good start to the day now with "A shake for breakfast one for lunch and a proper dinner".
They always seem to be on offer somewhere so they are quite cheap at around 99p per can.
Thank you Slimfast for making me feel much more healthier. I'm sure I am more productive at work when I'm not craving food all day.

...the review on the total Slim fast, I think it is only fair to give my favorite Slim-fast product its due praise. Well I am talking about the Slim-fast ready made banana shake.
The Slim-fast ready made banana shake comes in an individual can or a case of 6. The can itself has the normal slim fast red and white colors with a picture of an scrumpous banana shake towards the bottom. On the reverse side of the can it gives useful calorie intake chart, ... ...and a toll free phone line. And just to the left of that you will find all the nutritional information.
Before opening the can you want to ensure you shake it up well, and then just pull the easy pull tab. After opening, you will notice the sweet banana aroma reminding you of any banana shake you have previously had and upon first tasting you will find it also tastes just like a real banana shake. Its density is just about perfect as it goes down ...

After gaining a stone during the summer.....holiday ice creams and that...I decided that a diet was in full need if I was going to fit into any of my clothes. I have before tried various diets such as the cabbage and cereal diet. Neither tasted good and certainly had a limited success. Slimfast is such a well known dieting group that I decided to give it a go. I came across the banana drink during my local shop and was suprised at the reasonable ... ...it and give it a go. Althought the taste was far from heavenly, it felt good knowing it was low in calories and fat and was helping me on my diet. The flavour was fairly strong, not watery like expected. I would easily recommend this product to anyone wanting to lose a bit of weight and after a tasty snack. ...

When I moved out to the country I started using my car more to go to places and since I wasn't walking to work I found that I was putting on weight. I thought SlimFast would a convenient diet since you could buy the drinks in cans
After about a week I was getting bored of just drinking the chocolate, banana and vanilla (as I am allergic to strawberry) and my local stores did not have any other flavours available. Luckily Boots.com did, I bought quite a range of flavours but this one is my favourite.

My other half is in the middle of a diet at the moment, and is doing quite well (Congrats hun, I know you'll be reading this! xxx). She's managed to lose weight through such a strong sense of willpower, such as using skimmed milk in place of semi-skinned, and refusing biscuits. I've done my bit to help her by handily demolishing any piece of chocolate that comes near or by the house (the things us guys do for love!) She also has a secret weapon - Slimfast.

For me SlimFast is totally the wrong way to go about losing weight, I decided to go on slimfast diet not because I needed desperately to lose weight but because I wanted to tone myself up. I went to the local supermarket and bought the tubs o slimfast, the idea was to have a glass of ready mix drink twice a day followed by a healthy meal.
It seemed simple enough but I didn’t like the taste of the drinks, I tried the different range but nothing appealed to me, but still I continued for a week, it was getting me down, it was taking over my life so I said what the hell and jacked it all in.
I don’t believe this is a good way to eat, surly the body is not getting enough of the right stuff, and long term it does not put you in the right habit so you continue to lose weight. I did not lose weight but just became miserable ...
