After gaining a stone during the summer, I decided a diet was the only way I was going to be able to fit into my clothes. After having tried many disgusting cabbage and cereal diets and failing to lose much weight, I just decided to cut down on my sweet stuff and generally eat healthy. I came across Slimfast soup in Sainsburys and was impressed at the fairly reasonable price. Having chosen from a variety of flavours I brought them and decided to give them a go. There were many advantages. The taste was very flavoursome and, although not quite as nice as Heinz creamy selection, it was nice enough to eat and enjoy. I would recommend this to anyone looking to lose a few pounds, and someone who is not too fussy about the taste of their soup.
Much better, tastier and healthier to make your own. Bung some veggies in a pan with water, a few potatoes, boil, season, whisk in the blender, cornflour to thicken. Voila! Cheaper. Healthier. Tastier. . .
