Slim-Fast Summer Strawberry Powder Drink 12 Servings

The problem i've always had with slimming products and meal replacements like shakes is that they usually taste disgusting and they are also very expensive. But i feel like Slim fast's Summer Strawberry Milkshake Powder is the answer. It is such a delicious drink, it makes it a pleasure to have instead of a meal. It is the only flavour of Slim fast that i've tried because the other flavours available like Chocolate & Banana sound too sickly for me.

This drink really does just taste like a regular milkshake to be honest and like i say it is very enjoyable. The idea of this shake is to use it as a meal replacement, so for example instead of having 3 meals in your day you can have 2 instead and drink this shake to replace your third.

The tub size is 438g and you get about 12 servings out of it. It' easy to make as well, all you do is add 2 level scoops of the powder (using the scoop provided) to 250ml of Skimmed milk, then shake or stir! It takes literally a minute to do, so it's great if you're in a rush.

Each serving contains 217 calories, which of course is a lot better than a meal. I have found that these shakes tend to keep my hunger at bay for around 2 hours, sometimes more. This shake would be perfect if it lasted a tiny bit longer.

The 438g tub usually costs £5.99 in Boots but i have noticed they have special offers on their Slim fast products very regularly. At the moment Boots are selling the tubs for £2.99 so i've just stocked up!
