I lost 4lb in 1 month!!!

Advantages: Really helps you lose weight, Very Cheap!!
Disadvantages: cant think of anything really

I must say I think this is a great product. I wasnt sure at first if they would work but for £25 for a 3 months supply I cant really grumble at trying them.
