I originally joined up to Smile because, like many others, I was sick of the paltry interest rates on offer by the main high street banks. I decided to open a savings account with Smile, partly because it seemed a hassle free way of opening an account and mostly because of the better interest rates on offer.
I found opening a Smile savings account very easy. I just filled in the bits required, sent of the forms and that's it. It was easy and since opening the account I've not had any trouble with it and not experienced any problems with the internet site.
If you are interested in putting a bit aside for a rainy day or want to move your money from the barely there interest savings accounts from the main banks then I can definately recommend Smile.
