Disadvantages Poor customer service
I found the uploading part easy enough but that is where my good experience of Snapfish ends.I ordered several prints and chose standard deliver, which they say will arrive in 3-5 days. Allegedly the order was dispatched on 7 September. Eight days later, and still no sign of my prints.
I went to the Snapfish website to report as order not received, only to find that none of the customer service web pages worked! This was not down to my browser, incidentally. I checked.When I finally managed to email they told me to wait 2 weeks. So while I would love to have an actual product to review, Snapfish haven't managed to delivery any. However, one's satisfaction or otherwise of buying online is influenced not only by the product but by the experience, and I was deeply unimpressed by what seemed to me to be a complete lack of interest in helping me.
I won't be ordering from them again.
