Advantages: its very comfort for all seasons Disadvantages: not so strainable
Everything that's claimed is true.. I've been out in tropical style cloudbursts wearing my Barbour and hood. Everything below the jacket hem was soaked ie the lower calves of my legs and feet. But my Barbour did it's duty and kept the rest of me bone dry!
It is also remarkably wind proof. Combined with a vest, shirt and jumper and a decent Tinsulate lined wooly hat, I've braved nasty cold east winds this winter and stayed warm.I've also been through bushes by accident of course. Again a lesser jacket would have been pierced by thorns etc and as a result, I was saved from some potential nasty injury.
Ok so it does what it's supposed to....

Berghaus have been one of the most popular outdoor brands for as many years as I can remember, yet the company seems to provide kit that seems as functional on the High Street as well as up in the high country. Said panels are made from an abrasion-resistant material - you're more likely to wear the shoulders a bit because of rucksack or daysack straps. Logos are confined to the usual Berghaus label on the left-hand breast and a single "Gore-Tex Paclite Shell" logo on the right hand ...

Snickers is the best selling chocolate bar and has an annual sales of $2 billion. Snickers was first made in 1930 by the Mars family. It was named after one of their favorite horses.
Snickers was marketed in England as the Marathon bar. It was changed to Snickers as a way of standardizing brands in 1990. It is composed of peanut butter nougat, topped with peanuts and caramel and coated in milk chocolate. Snickers is usually eaten as is but the United States and Australia have it as a fried delicacy.
The Snickers bars have a campaign in which the word "hungry" is used. This suggests Snickers as a quick snack. Its not healthy but it could give you an immediate boost in energy.
