...Having 5 young children that are very friendly they are forever coming home with head lice. It really gets on my nerves, as some parents don’t check their children’s hair so their children pass them on to other children. Old wives tales say they only go on to clean hair but that is nonsense they go to any hair they are not fussy. I went to my local chemist and was told about lyclear crème rinse, so I brought it. You only have to leave it on hair for 10 minutes then wash it out. If your doing a lot of heads like me then wear some plastic gloves. All you do is wash your hair or children’s hair with a mild shampoo then apply the Lyclear starting at your neck saturate your hair with the Lyclear and leave on for 10 minutes then rinse it out. ...After my little girl has a bath and her hair washed,I always do what my mother did to me as a child and put all her hair in little tiny plats, I have to use a fine comb to do it because her hair is so long and fine, as I was doing it I saw somthing right at the nape of her neck, I got it out and know straight away what it was. So the next day I phoned up the school to let them know that she has head lice and that I was going to keep her of school for the day untill I have treated her hair. I told my 4 year old all about it and what she has got in her hair and the only thing which she said to me was can we get something to get them out.
