I ordered 2 x 100ml bottles of alfred sung perfume on the 27th Nov 2008. The payment was debited from my account on the 1st Dec 2008. This is now the 12th Dec, several e-mails and a non existant telephone service (full answering machine) and still no delivery. I am really miffed as the goods were aparantly in stock when I ordered them ( have either been sent by "donkey express" or I have just been ripped off). I received an e-mail on the 6th Dec to say the goods have been dipatched. I have spoken to a woman at watchdog and if the goods have not been received by the 13th Dec, they are going to investigate the matter. In my view, they dont even merit a 1 star rating. ...

I am very sceptical about this company. They took my order three weeks ago, delivered half of it ,saying the other item was out of stock and they would refund my money. Why did they charge my credit card if they were out of stock of the item? To date, they have not refunded the money, not do they answer their phone or my emails. Be very wary before you spend your money! AS a follow up they still have not answered my emails and refuse to answer their phone. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE !!! ...
