The croissants cost 43p each and sometimes there is a special offer where you can buy four, for 99p. They have to be picked up with tongs and placed into a white bag. As for the croissants themselves, are large (about 6 inches long), golden and flaky. They taste very buttery but light and airy at the same time. The middle is soft and the ends are very crunchy. The fresh version is so much nicer than those in packets. The croissants do taste and smell as though they have just been baked. I've even bought them hot before. ... more

I would recommend these to anyone who fancies something a little bit special for breakfast. I certainly buy them when they are on sale at 4 for 99p.
There are 2 drawbacks though - one thing is that the croissants have to be eaten on day of purchase. The second thing is that there is no nutrional information available but I would guess that they have been made near nuts and that they are quite fattening!
