Advantages: 4.1mp good for a compact, neat, Real-Life technologies. Disadvantages: Expensive, could do with more mp for the price.

That's quite a lot for a 4megapixel compact, when you can buy a 5megapixel Sony or Panasonic for not much more than that (without the Real Life technologies). That's probably my major gripe with this camera, however, I believe that there's still a deal whereby the R507 and a photoprinter are available for £200, which gives much better value.

Advantages: Compact, user friendly, light. Good zoom function. Disadvantages: Small buttons can be fiddly.
