I upgraded my earphones instead of using the standard ones that came with it because they weren’t that loud. (well they where but i like them extra loud !) I shopped around online and found some quality ear peaces that i could use with the portable player and they only cost around 12£.
The only problem i can think of here is portable cd players tend to be slightly wide but the sony D-E-J985 is only 26mm depth ! So it does have a stylish look about it along with its silver colour its much more attractive than your average portable cd player.
