************************** II. Installation and Support **************************
1. Installation Guides --------------------- The booklets and guides included with the product include step by step installation and provide useful tips and full overview of the product. It also include quick start installtion so you won't be in depp trouble or something, and by the way, it is very easy to install the drive with this guide.
2. Support: Why Sony? ---------------------- Sony's support for its products is un-comparable and you will find with thier knowledge database, so whatever you will ned you will find in thier website.
3. Included Software ---------------------- I consider this the main problem of this device, as the included software isnt that good. I purchase later on Nero Burning Rom and the drive is working more than fine. I think sony has to reconsider the software package with the CD which is B's Gold or something cuz i lost the CD ages ago.
************ III. User(My) Opinion ************
1. Why Should You Buy It? I think if you are thinking of buying a new CD-RW then this or its following types like the CRX230 or something is the best solution, a they are very fast and also very price convenient.
2. There must be some problem? I dind't face any, the only once that there was a problem, is when i was burning an Audio CD and scanning my computer for viruses with Norton!!!!!! The buffer went low and I had to get a new CD for my music collection, so try not to search for viruses while burning, you could wait 3 minutes.
3. Durability This device is pretty durable, as I owned it 2 years ago and it is still working pretty fine with the same reading and recording speeds.
4. Anything Else? I think not, i don't have anything in mind at the moment, but if i remembered any i will add it to the review, may be i'll take a picture of my drive and include it later on. Anyway, if you have any comments, please let me know them.
