I love camera's so I decided to get one of the latest Sonys the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-P200. I have had great and enjoyable pictures since I bought it and here is some key information about the product.
#WHAT DOES THE CAMERA OFFER#
I am going to start of with the simple answer which is, alot. For the average camera user it has everything you desire but for those looking out for the specifics I will do my best to cover everything.
Firstly the camera is very small with dimensions reading 10.4cm x 2.8cm x 5.2cm. This makes it very easy to carry around and the screen size is still very reasonable. It is also the most light camera I looked at in its range. Weighing in at 144g it would easily slip into a girls handbag or a mans very manly bumbag!
The battery life is amazing with the Li-ion recharagable battery. The standby time you get out of it is impressive for a camre of its definate quality.
The camera has a built in three stage flash. Be extremely careful when using this function as the most power is extremely bright and you may inquire some bizarre looks from those near tables to you in the restuarant.
Here is what I found the only drawback for this lovely camera. It comes with a 32Mb memory pro magisick. Now from having another older camera I new that for me this really wasn't going to be enough. So i decided to purchase a 128Mb card which had easily stored 500 pictures in my other camera. Hoever that was not to be the case. This is becuase the quailty 7.2 mp's take up alot of room and i have found myself only being able to take 100 photos at a time. Slight downfall by my own human instinct.
#PROVIDED SOFTWARE AND CONNECTIONS#
Connections - the camera comes with a 1 x USB connecter which is really fast and efficient. It also comes with a composite video output cable so you can watch those embarassing nights out infront of all your friends!
The software that comes with it is really what you would expect from a quality camera. It comes provided with all the drivers and utilities that you need to enable its use. It also comes with Imagemixer which is a very respectable imaging program and I have found it very useful for edittng and enchancing my images.
#ANYTHING ELSE?#
The camera came with a free wriststrap so the camera doesn't fall out of your hands in those cliff hanger moments. Also the whole experience of using the camera is extremely satisfactory. I know this seems strange for a camera but the instructions are so clear and it does exactly what you want it to do.
On this side of the issue I would definately have to say that this camera, for its price is extremely worth it. It is extremely easy to start shooting and extremely easy to buy from www.amazon.co.uk

I have used amazon a number of times and everytime they have been perfect. What you ask for is delivered when they say and how they said it would be. Wouldn't be afraid to recommend Amazon to anyone who was a first time user of internet buying.
