I bought this camera just before i went to an athletics competition. It was nicely priced had good functions and was much smaller than my old digital camera, Quality is brilliant and quick usb 2.0 connection is an absolute boon. Video quality is not bad, and picture quality is awesome, i also have an hp psc 1110 which produces fantastic photo prints.

My only problem is that the ruber cover to the buttons does make it looks slightly tacky at the back, however the auto focus ensures every picture is perfect and the rechargable batteries and charger more than make up for this oversight.

The camera is reasonably priced and is well worth buying. The only problem i have in my house is that i have hardwood flooring and when it fell off my desk the screen cracked so now i cant view my pictures without my laptop, which also fell off my desk and suffered the same fate(probably my flooring) But before this i had a kodak chunk which was tough enough to hammer nails into walls, even though the picture quality was rubbish.

This camera is a nice size not big or chunky, but rectangular and about the length of a five pound note, not that I remember what they look like as a student, but it is easy to handle and use. At the time I bought this it cost me just shy of £130 but it can be bought for less now.

Using the camera is as easy as life itsself point and snap is a very appropriate explanation. The auto focus can take a few seconds to kick in before the photo is taken with about 8 blinding flashes of light to make sure everything within 3 miles is nicely illuminated and aware that you are taking a photo.

One other advantage is that it comes with 2 batteries and a charger. The batteries are multi purpose AA and can be used in any device as the charger also can be used to charge any batteries. Very useful for the cost. The 16MB memory card you get with it does let it down slightly although with a 128MB card being available for about £50 its not too hard to get hold of one for it. The interface is a memory stick Pro slot making it one of the most advanced types of memory currently available.

I still have much joy with this camera even in its now slightly defunct state. Overall this camera is better than perfect for anyone who has a carpeted home.
