I always trust Sony more than other companies when it comes to digital cameras. This is the second Sony camera I have owned, (after my first one was stolen, tear), and if I was to buy yet another one I would again choose a Sony.
The T3 model is so good because of the size of the screen. It is 2.5 inches wide, which makes viewing your pictures extremely easy, I have noticed that on cameras with smaller screens it is hard to view pictures in any great detail. The pictures themselves are of exceptional quality; the camera enables you to change settings so you can take pictures in different formats, changing them to black and white or sepia if you wish. The camera is of a 5.1 mega pixels format, so obviously the detail is going to be good. The zoom works well and covers a large range, I have had no problems with any of these functions. The flash function also works well, and you can always choose whether you want to enable it in a any situation. The video function also works well, and always seems like an added bonus to the camera as the main function are the photos.
However, Sony is a large money making company, and they know how to squeeze their customers from as much money as possible. The memory stick that comes with the model is very small; and will in fact hold about 20 photos. To use the camera you are going to have no option but to buy yourself a larger memory stick, which can get a little pricey. I would recommend getting one that is 256mb - this will give you enough space to hold a lot of photos, and is still in the 'reasonable' price range, whereas the 512mb stick can be very pricey. Another small issue is with the software that comes with the camera. The Picture Perfect software that I recieved with my camera was average, it works OK and means you can view your photos fine, but that's about it. It comes with a limited amount of special features, and part of the reason for having a digital camera is surely to be able to play with your photos on a computer. Since buying my camera I have purchased an Apple laptop, so I now use iphoto instead of the Sony software (which I assume would work on my laptop but as I have not tried it I don't know whether it would be compatible), which works perfectly in sync with my camera.
A final issue that I have with my camera is that it seems a little more worn that its silver counterpart would. The black around the edges of the camera and around the screen has started to chip away, obviously the easy solution to this is simply to buy a case, but the is not something that is provided with the camera. It is probably wiser to buy the silver model, the only reason I didn't was because when I purchased mine the black model was bout £50 cheaper.
Although I do have some issues with the model, it must be said that my main problems have not arisen from the camera itself, but from the extras such as the memory stick and the software. The actual camera itself works well and produces beautiful, good quality photos. The camera is expensive, but the quality that has come to be expected from Sony products can be found here.
The camera is so small it is easy to take out on a night out, it fits easily into even my smallest bag. Buying a camera again I would probably still choose this model, although I would be very tempted to go for the silver T3 rather than the black one.

Sony have once again made the latest technology fit into a super-slim body without compromising the functionality of this camera.
This camera is perfect for taking clear pictures in the daytime, and good quality close-up pictures at night. It has a variety of settings, so if you want to do more than just point-and-shoot, you can get some really good, natural looking pictures.

The Sony T3 camera is a lovely little slimline package. It's extremely easy to use for the technophobe giving you full control of your pictures with just 2 buttons and a great AUTO mode that can figure out most circumstances. The picture quality is amazing and by turning on the digital zoom you can get up to 6x magnification (3x without losing any quality). It's also worth mentiong that the T3 is a tough as nails little package - mine has been dropped ... ...their's no tomorrow!!
The only real downside i've found with this camera is if you want to use the alternative modes such as landscape, candle light, ice scape etc.... then you'd better have a tripod to hand as all of them bring up the hand shake warning if you don't mount it on one. Also in highly contrasting light conditions like sunrise/set the camera is a bit poor at picking up the contrasting colours - though this is more of an across the board ...

I bought this camera while on holiday and I just launched straight in and off I went... I love taking photo's and I have found the quality of photos and video is amazing for the size, it takes beautiful black & white and sepia photos and the sound quality on the video is pretty impressive.
I liked the fact I could fit it in a small handbag very easily or in a jacket pocket without looking any bigger then a cell phone. Photos are easy to download ...

I purchased this camera recently as i wanted a camera that could easily fit in my pocket without causing discomfort or bulges, this camera filled the criteria perfectly.
The resolution is great and the large 2.5" screen makes veiwing the pictures easy. it can also be hooked up to a tv so the family dont have to gather around the computer to see your pctures.
The shutter lag is tiny, what you see you get, i tested this out by having my brother run ... ...centre picture with no blur.
The video mode is excellent, full screen (640x480) is great. The sound is excellent also.
The first big for the camera came when i went to Alton Towers recently. I was able to film the rides as they went round and even take still pictures of friends on them. A great looking camera, very small and simple to use. Great picture quality, I've never had any problems with it whatsoever. The features (flash modes etc..) are very complete and navigation in the menus is extremely simple. You can resize your photos and even edit your films straight from the camera.
Only downside is you'll have to take extra care not to scratch the LCD screen, as no protective case is provided. However you can easily buy one, ... ...to use the tripod or TV cable you need the cradle, which can sometimes be a bit annoying. Tripods will be indispensable when taking night shots.
I feel battery life could have been a bit longer though, but its not a major issue. I give this camera a 9/10. Looks superb in black too! I particularly recommend this camera to first time users, who will be able to take great photos without having to go through the whole instruction manual. ...

...What can you say about the SonyCybershotDSCT300 Digital camera? Well, you can say an awful lot that's what, I purchased this camera around 3 months ago and it hasn't left my side. The frame of the camera is so tactile and easy to use, the front of camera slider removes the need to switch it on as sliding down also switches camera on.
On the rear the touchscreen interface is incredibly easy to use with your index finger or thumbs. Settings are simple and once again easy to use. Photo's are amazing quality considering the machine is so small, however you forget is has a 10.1 mega pixel capacity.
This camera rivals my Nikon D50 which is astounding. Chuck in a memory card and you're away. Battery life is good also....

CONCLUTION
The SonyCyber-shotDSC-T100 is perfect for the general photographer who’s interests include basic snap shots, however I would not recommend this camera to people who intend to use it for semi-professional or professional shots since its features and specs are somewhat limited and the overall quality of the shots are less than professional. Its supposed HD enabled capacity is a major plus to this camera and maybe its only real positive with substance.
