Basically, you get what you pay for, its small, attractive and compact. It generally takes clear photos under a range of different settings. The menu and buttons are easy to use and the screen is a good size, although is prone to greasy finger prints. Under twilight/night conditions the camera has performed well which was important to me, although some 'shaky' photos have cropped up and the contrast in colours (sea/sky etc) has been good. I have not had any problems with battery life. Perhaps the main thing which I have been disappointed with is the optical zoom. It is only x 4.0 but I think I was perhaps anticipating something slightly better than what I have got. When fully zoomed in, most have the photos which I have taken have come out rather blurry.
Overall however, I am very pleased with the camera. I think it was money well spent.

Advantages: Small, compact, Good selection preset shooting modes, Large 2.5-inch LCD, Excellent battery life Disadvantages: Not so good pictures in very high and very low light, some blurring on zoom.
Advantages: Sleek design with easy controls to allow good shots wherever you are! Disadvantages: Not the best Sony on the market, so dont expect the perfect shot everytime.
