It's loud, sounds great if you have a console plugged into it through the optical input and for the price (got mine at Comet for £130) you can't beat it.
You could spend a few hundred pounds more but what for? I would take the Pepsi challenge with most other 5.1's.
The USB input for ipod's and such is brilliant. You get full control over the ipod using the remote control for the dvd player. You will need an optical splitter if you want to run a games console and sky + as there's only one audio input but so what.
I agree with the other reviews, if you have nice neighbours you may fall out with them as the sound can get very loud.
Glad I got one. Highly recommend it.
