SonyPlaystation 3 is the best console on the market. The graphics are amazing, especially with a hd tv. There is a wide range of games available for the console and a number of accessories to make the whole experience as fun as possible. The hard drive is big enough for all the game files you could possibly need, with room for some music, photos and movies aswell. Online play is simple to use, and free, and is great fun. Days can be lost playing online as every game is different and interesting. The controllers are brilliant, ergonomical and light, and the battery life lasts a long time before more charging is required. Sony's Playstation 3 is thier third go around in the Video Game business. My console reviews usually consist of reviews in the following categories Controller, Graphics, Multiplayer/Online, and Game Library. Much like the Xbox 360, i'll also be reviewing the Design of the PS3.
The design of the PS3 is the more classy of the three new consoles. The PS3 is a black square system with a curved top. While the design is beautiful, this system is very big, matching the 360 in terms of size. The system also offers Blu-ray but, in my opinion, that should not be the only reason you should be spending $400-500 on this system.

The playstation 3 is an absolutely stunning machine, far more capable than anything I have used myself, however do not go out and buy one just yet! I bought my console on day 1, through choices uk on a 0% interest over 6 months deal. Initially I was amazed at the graphics of the machine and the media capabilities for music and video. Unfortunately after a while this is all a bit superficial. On day 1 I downloaded Gran Turismo HD from the store, for free and had initial planned to play this and not get a full priced game (considering the console and game costs, however 1 course and just 10 cars did not occupy for long, so I ordered Resistance: Fall of Man and eagerly awaited the arrival of Casino Royale on Blu Ray (free for signing up early to the Playstation Network (PSN).
