Hi! It's Mark again with another brilliant (cough) review! This time I'm reviewing the Sony DNF 420 Portable CD Player.

Firstly, I'll list the good stuff:
* The player emits some brilliant quality sound and the radio is of excelent quality.
* The DNF 420 most probably will keep playing during all but the most serious jolts due to it's superb shock-resistant thingybob ... ...is easy to just stick it into a pocket and listen to music all day (and have people wondering why you're sat on the bus bobbing your head :D).
But there are few downsides:
* It's slightly on the fragile side and one drop will make it a useless chunk of plastic with a broken CD in it.
* The CD takes a while to load but when it gets going its ok.
When I bought this product arround a month or so ago ... more

It's small an protable and is easy to just stick it into a pocket and listen to music all day (and have people wondering why you're sat on the bus bobbing your head :D).

It's slightly on the fragile side and one drop will make it a useless chunk of plastic with a broken CD in it.

When I bought this product arround a month or so ago it was £24.99 (it was in a sale, full price: £35). The battery life on this product is arround 10 hours of playing. The packaging is not quite as protective as it could be, coming in a cardboard box and the player is held in place with a few chunks of cardboard (although this may have changed because I know there have been a lot of cases where someone has opened their box to find a damaged player). That's pretty much it for this review. If you're thinking of buying the DNF 420 then I say go for it, it's a fairly good player, but don't get it if you are into extreme sports or are prone to falling over/dropping things!
