I've used this DVD player for about 5 months now and it's been fine! I was looking for a DVDplayer for a while now, I didn't want to spend to much and I thought the price for this one wasn't to bad and had liked the look of it, so I bought it.
When I bought it, as well as the DVD player there was a remote control, batteries for the remote control, an audio-video cable & an instruction manual. I found it use ful that they gave you batteries as you normally have to go out and buy them yourself. There was no SCART lead so I was little dissapointed. It wasn't that bad though as there not hard to find. You'll probably want to buy a SCART lead to connect your DVD player to your TV
You can play: DVDs Audio CDs Data CDs (It recognises JPEG & MP3 files) VCDs
I didn't actually bother using the instruction manual, apart from when I was connecting it , it was so simple. If you just put the DVD in it basically starts straight away. The instruction booklet was easy to use.
There is a parental control for if you have children. It allows you to set age restrictions on cetain DVDs. You have the choice to block the disc completely or jus tskip certain scenes. Theres a password so you can watch it yourself.
It's really really simple to use.
The only bad thing that I can think of that no SCART lead comes with the DVD player but it's not like they are difficult or expensive to buy. Apart from this I think this is a great DVD player!! I think that this DVD player is very good. It is reliable and does everything I'd want it to do (apart from recording DVDs!).
If your thinking about getting it don't hesitate, I'm sure you'll be impressed and definetly not dissapointed!!
