The sony picot is completley different to most of the dull boxed shape dvd players on the market, you can even change its looks. Its much nicer to look at then the normal players and sits very happily on my bookcase. This is not really a main dvd player but is a stunning second dvd player for the bedroom etc... the picture quality is excellent and the sound quality is very good, its very easy to use from the loading of the discs to the remote. The set up took all of a minute and most of that was trying to get to the back of the tv! The only downside is that it is not multi reigon. This is a very good second dvd player but would struggle as the main one.
