When thinking about switching from video to dvd my intial concern was the price. Eventhough dvd player prices have reduced considerably since they first hit the market, there are still some pricey dvd players that do not give you value for money. After a lengthy search through the internet, i came across the Sony DVP-NS330, it'smain attraction being the price tag at only £78.99. Personally I prefere most Sony products and in this case you do have to be prepared to pay a little over the average price for this type of dvd player, but you get the comfort that Sony are a reliable company and you likely to get a quality, value for money product. I think this item fits that catergory, not only does it play brilliant picture quality, mulitregion dvd's but it also plays CD-R's, CD-RW's, DVD-R's and MP3's. This machine is able to produce high quality pictures, great sound and an overall enjoyable experience. Its slim line shape means it can be slotted into small places and out of the way, but is atractive enough to put on show as well. It also comes with a fancy remote control with various options and menu settings including, zoom and slow motion. When buying this dvd player Iknew i could expect value for money and quality from the well known brand. I would recommend this as a brilliant product especially for fist time buyers trying to make the transition from video to dvd.You may not think its worth it now, but once you experience the quality of dvd's there will no going back!!

It's amazing how much cheaper they've gotten. I bought myself some unknown branded ones which seem to have more features like Karaoke. Multi-region is always a good thing. I've got R1 DVDs this is important for me. Anyway, not a bad op. Just needs a bit more information, and also, I'd recommend leaving a line to sepearate paragraphcs for easy reading. Especially for longer reviews. It'll also make it look neater. Take care, D

A good op, informative, but I think it would be great if you added a little more to it ;D ~Rach

I bought this DVD player last month and so far I'm pretty impressed! I've not tried out whether it's really multi-region or not- I'm a bit sceptical!
No longer do you have to choose between going without a remote control or purchasing an ... more
expensive original remote. Our direct replacements are electronically identical to the original and provide all the same functionality at a fraction of the price.
Postage & Packaging:£4.50 Availability:Usually dispatched within 1-2 business days......
Advantages: Excellent quality, looks good/ modern, can play most formats Disadvantages: Cannot play PAL in colour eg some extreme sports DVD's or old movies
