Advantages Cheap, easy to use and nice looking
Disadvantages none to speak of for the price

A few months back my daughters DVD player decided to start messing up a little, by this I mean that it suddenly began to decide which DVDs it wanted to play and those that it didn’t, although it would often change its mind after each attempt to load the discs. Anyway, as my kids love nothing more than to settle down at bed time in front of one of their favourite shows or blast out some horrific music whilst watching a music video, I was under pressure to replace the now temperamental DVD player. Advantages The make and price - £10 off
Disadvantages No eject button on the remote but can live with that.

I recently purchased a Sony DVD SR90 player at Sainsburys, cost me £29.99 (£10 off) and needed to see any reviews on this to encourage me to keep the product. There were a choice of three dvds: Sony, Toshiba and Sainsburys own brand - all similar prices. Therefore after reading the review, I decided to keep it. Added bonus to me was I used my Sainsburys nectar points to buy it - what a result! Early christmas present to me. I would advise anyone, if you are unsure of which product to buy, always review it first on-line if you can. This will help you one way or another. I am glad I did as I ... more
