I have had this cd player for a long time now about 6 months and it's still in working order, the sound quality is great (go and clean your ears out other reviewer!), this is a good buy if you don't have the money to spend on expensive cd players, the best feature of this cd player is the resume playback, if you stop the cd and then press play it wil resume playback from where you last listened to the track and it wont leave the cd player on while doing this it will be switched off and then turn on when you want to resume.
other features are programing tracks so you can select what tracks you want on the cd, the G shock control is ace you can shake it around leave it in your pocket while running and it wont skip at all.
yes it may be a bit big but i don't see nothing wrong with it, in fact today i had my cd player on the side of the bath, it droped i thorght that the lense would be gone but i was wrong it was playing fine, there was even a cd in there at the time and it was not scratched! i don't know what the other review was doing when all the things broke!
a talking of cds, this thing plays anything, cdrs, cdr-rw, normal cds thats the main reason for buying this cd player.
i read the other review of this and found that the person was to baised about it they are giving a negative impression to it which will put people off this great cd player.
overall is a great buy, in fact when i was in a electrical shop i saw someone looking for a new cd player i showed them this one and they liked it and brought 3 for their kids.
oh theres more features, it shows you how much battery you have left and the buttons are easy to use.
another down side is you can't use rechargable battries with it :( and i agree with the other review that the earphones do get unconfortable when you are using it and the cable is quite short. also the battery last a loooong time they don't pump juice out of you battries like other typical cd players.
one cool thing about this cd player is i think it uses the same drives from the old playstation becasue when you put a cd in it makes this 'beep' sound, the exact sound the old playstation used to make when you have a disc in the machine.
so i hope this review should be more helpful than the previous biased one, i am trying to be honest about this.
oh and the instructions are not that hard to read if you actualy read them properly.
thsi is comming from a person who likes to use thier cd player a lot lol.
(note: ease of use i put simple becasue you may find it hard at first but after a while of using it the cd player is easy to control)
