My first impression with the PV703 is that it is very easy to connect .With my Sony Ericsson w901i , just turn on your bluetooth function and everything's done, all the passcodes or any normal steps that needed to get through with other headset was eliminated . I tried calling my wife from a noisy shopping mall and she can hear me with no efforts,amazing microphone for a headset with this price range. But after a while some dispointment comes to light. The connection lost can be expected within less than 15 minutes' conversation, even if its is just fully charged. You'll need to adjust the volume on almost every call, well I understand there is no automatic volume adjustment on this model, but the problem is if you really want to here every word , you'll have to turn it on a little louder than you want to , the noise quality is not so good so you have to compensate with the higher volumn, which sometimes become annoying.
If you just need a headset to make a real short conversation in your car and don't care much about adjusting the volume or reconnecting every now and then, all of which I found to be very cumbersome, then this is the one for you. But I suggest you pay a little more for some other headset that comes with digital automatic volume adjustment, which should fulfill the function of the headset one would expect, for a worry free call while you safly drive your car on a busy street.
