I have always had a SonyEricsson phone eversince i brought my first phone when i was very young. I really like the make and have never had any problems with SonyEricsson phones, however i brought the W580i sometime last year and have been a bit dissapointed with its performance. I brought the phone from the carphone warehouse as i could it on the network that i wanted and for the first 6 months everything was fine but all of a sudden i began to have problems with the screen. I took it back to the shop and was told that this was quite a common problem with this model of phone. It was sent off to be repaired twice and has been ok since *touch wood!* The walkman on the phone is brilliant, it holds lots of music and the sound is really clear, the camera quality is also very good. It is an ideal shape as it can fit in to your pocket easily ...
Advantages: free 515mb memory card, extra options, "Shuffle" control and music & picture quality very good Disadvantages: buttons crack and stop working for no reason at all!
I owned this phone for just over a year I was on 02 network and I paid £139.99 for it.
The mobile phone software is very good but the phone itself is very disappointing!!!!!
First of all the SonyEricsson W580i comes with a 512MB memory card and a 2.0 mega pixel camera. This obviously means that there is alot of space for pictures, music and video files. The picture quality is also brilliant too.
The menu's are easily accessable and is practically the same as other SonyEricsson mobile phones.
On the SonyEricsson W580i you can listen to the local radio station, Play the Games (My phone came with two games), TrackID (This you put your phone next to a speaker and the song is ID'd but comes with a price), Video Player. A "Video dj" Which allows you to add your videos together, PhotoDJ which allows you to edit ...
