Sony Ericssons First 3G Cyber Phone!

Advantages: Camera, Cyber-Shot, 3.2MP Camera, Editing Suite
Disadvantages: Joystick

The Sony Ericsson K810I Cyber - Shot…. Great Phone all-round, and this is what it's all about!

The first impression when it arrived in a brown cardboard box that took all of 21 hours to arrive from O2's depot was WOW! Yep that's right; I tracked the order all the way… I ordered it at 14.20 the previous day, and it arrived 11 am the next morning, not a bad start at all!

On opening the cardboard box you're face to face ...
...a Sony Ericsson box, and on opening up you have the contents, these being;

• Sony Ericsson K810I Cyber - Shot Phone, (more details to follow).

• Sony Ericsson BST - 33 (Type CBA - 0001003) Li - Polmer 3.6v Battery. These are pretty good because they are the batteries that fit into some of the previous models, hence they are cheaper to buy, and / or if you have a previous model, you now have a spare battery!

SE K810i - TWEAKING THE K800i TO PERFECTION

Advantages: 3.2mp camera, awesome music player, top software, and stylish too!
Disadvantages: buttons may not be to everyones taste

In 2006 Sony Ericcson brought us the incredibly popular, with good reason, K800i. Now they have made a few changes and releasing the K810i. They are very similar, but I'll run you through what makes this phone a definate smash hit for 2007! I'll share with you my views on the ups and downs of the all the main features of the handset. I wont waffle on too much about the exact spec of the phone, you can find that elsewhere. But I'll tell you from ...
...in the phone industry) that Sony Ericcson have something up their sleeve for later this year to compete! THE MUSIC The upside... Although the phone is highly centered around the Cyber-Shot technology of the camera, the phone is still jam-packed full of awesome software and easy useability. The music player on this phone is so very similar to that of the Sony Ericcson Walkman range. It is very easy to use, easy to create playlists, that music playing ...

Video Calls: The K810i has a video phone option, although this is very expensive to use. The phone has a small fairly high resolution secondary camera; this allows you to viewer not only the caller but yourself as well during the video call. Memory Card: The K810i ...

K810i... Big Brother to Sony's old K800i

Advantages: 3.2 MP Camera, Good Software Package, Stylish
Disadvantages: Speed of Navigation, Button Design a Bit "Marmite"

...As a faithful user of Sony Ericsson's K800i for well over a year, I thought I'd stick to a phone that I know how to use! Naturally this came in the form of the K810i, which for all intensive purposes is a small upgrade of it's predecessor; ironing out the previous faults and ironically creating some of it's own... * WHY IT IS BETTER THAN ITS LITTLE BROTHER... - The camera lens cover slide has always been a problem on my old phone (K800i), it overhangs ...
...pocket; Keys, chewing gum, you name it. The camera lens cover on the K810i sits very flush with the body of the phone and hence doesn't seem to catch on objects in my pocket! It also means that it's ever so slightly slimmer which is handy for suit jacket pockets... - The new circular silver buttons are now so far apart that you would have to possess pretty massive fingers to mash more than one at the same time! Again, a nice revision to the all ...

The Stunning K810i

Advantages: Great camera, Stunning to look at, Modern, Amazing!
Disadvantages: Fiddlely on places, Complicated

The K810i, the sequel to the very sucessful K800i. The K810i is absolutely brilliant! It has everything that you could possibly want in a phone. It has a 3.2 megapixel camera with flash and an editing suite. I just bought this phone on ebay and i bought it for its features, but when it arrived i found that it was bite the back of your hand beautiful! Like the K800i the K810i is regarded as a Cybershot phone as the camera is by far the main attraction ...
...memory slot which can be used to expand your memory up to 2gb! It has 64mb memory already built in so if you don't need a lot of memory then you don't have to buy a big fancy memory card as it already has a decent size built in. It has great connectivity options as well because it has bluetooth, infrared and usb connection options. If you get this phone new which you probably will then it comes with a usb cable, charger, earphones, strap and a software ...

Valued addition to the range

Advantages: good quality camera, stylish, mp3 player
Disadvantages: keys are quite difficult to use

...I received this phone. This Sony Ericsson is one of the simplest phones to use and isn't bad looking either! From what I have seen on the internet, this phone retails at around £230 but is included in several offers on contract so it is best to shop around the best deal with any of the main network providers. I am currently on a contract with O2 that is £15 a month with 500 free texts so quite reasonable value. The main feature I like about this ...
...who have previously owned a Sony Ericsson mobile phone as some of the new features take a while to get used to. This phone does have many advantages though, including: •A very easy to use menu system. The icons on the menu are pretty similar to the other Sony Ericsson phones and they are nothing special. •An mp3 player and radio that is easily accessed by a shortcut key on the main screen. This mp3 player has all the features of a regular ...
