This is my first review so bare with me.. if I miss anything out just let me know and I'll get back to you!
I purchased the Sony Ericsson Satio just before the Blackberry craze began, September 2009 on a 18 month contract, and wanted rid of it by November 2009.
Sony Ericsson was the 'big thing' for teenagers before Blackberries and that is what attracted me to get this phone. At the time, the phone was roughly £400 on pay as you go, which is far too over priced in my opinion, don't be fooled by the attractiveness of the phone considering the quality of the phone as a whole is very poor.
Yes the 12.1 megapixel camera is brilliant, the large screen is an attraction, the internet access is just like a computer, easy to use and if you don't have money in your phone or internet on your contract it can connect to your Wi-Fi quick and easy.
But the disadvantages look over the advantages with this phone. It takes time and patience to get used to, alot of patience because whilst your still trying to get used to it; it crashes and even turns itself off whenever it pleases. The apps I downloaded for it didn't work, I had to buy a considerably large memory card separate as the phone memory is low. The battery life isn't very long at all which is unusual for Sony Ericsson's; I have to charge it every night and also sometimes; although you have all your contacts saved.. the number will come up as if you don't have it saved which brings you to ask who it is or even not answer the phone or text which is a real pain.
I'm not really sure what else to say other than I absolutely do not recommend this phone and cannot wait for the contract to end.
