You can choose which size memory card ... ...just as good as the Sony Ericsson Walkman phones. The camera is pretty good. 3.2mp is not amazing, but it isn't a Cybershot phone, so is fairly decent for what it is, and the results look pretty impressive on the 2 inch tall screen.

I recently purchased this phone, and although it was slightly a bit out of a my budget, as I usually only spend up to £100 on mobile phones, I was sick of having phones constantly break, so I decided to spend a little extra (it cost me £140), on this phone.
I was instantly attracted to the colour and the 3.2mp camera. Both the black and red version are nice, sophisticated and sleek looking.

You can choose which size memory card goes into the phone, meaning you can have as many or as little pictures, messages, songs, etc, as you like. The music player on the phone is fantastic, just as good as the Sony Ericsson Walkman phones. The camera is pretty good. 3.2mp is not amazing, but it isn't a Cybershot phone, so is fairly decent for what it is, and the results look pretty impressive on the 2 inch tall screen.

I myself was drawn to the sonyericssonT610, a predecessor of the K700i, by the massive marketing campaign about 18 months ago. The phone was made out to be sleek, sexy and packed full of the most upto date features (bluetooth, camera etc etc). However, I found the T610 to be unreliable and lacking in memory to store all your photos etc on, the camera was also quite poor.
This phone the k700i sometimes crashes for me . It comes with new features such as the ability to play mp3s and also video recording and boasts a massively improved memory. The camera is now also revamped with the ability to zoom put in although I still find the quality of photos somewhat of a let down and I can't stop it from making this annoying click sound when i take a picture.
However, despite all these improvements, I would still really only be tempted ...

This is without a doubt the best phone I have used. The Walkman MP3 player is superb with its 512 mb memory card inluded. The quality of the pictures taken with the 2 megapixel camera are the best I have seen from a phone camera and it is so easy to use. Whilst the camera is packed with features, the menu system and external buttons make using the features simple. I used Nokia phones for a long time then Samsung with s E700. I also used a SonyEricssonT610 which was also an OK phone. Having used the W800, I have become totally dedicated to SonyEricsson phones. If you want a phone with market leading camera and Walkman MP3 player, do your self a favour and get the W800 ...
All you need for great pictures. Snap great shots with the 3.2 megapixel camera. And when you want yourself in the picture, use the self-portrait mirror to make sure you look your best.
