I have had this phone for about a year now . I bought it origianally as I liked the white and Orange design -I thought it looked nice (well that will teach me to judge something by looks!)

So the phone arrived . Still thought it looked nice. Was a nightmare getting the back off to put the sim in but got there in the end .

Charged it up .

The phone takes ages to load when you switch it on .
The battery life is poor lasts 12-24 hours i'd say on a good day! -to me that is extremely poor , my phone owned before would only need changing once a week if used a lot -would hold its charge for 3 weeks easily if just left on but not used much- so this one is rubbish in comparison.

The phone claims to have internet and an mp3 player but neither can be used unless you want to purchase a memory card (which I don't really want to do )You can connect to the internet but not enough memory to do anything. The phone has a built in radio -which works fine as doesn't use phone memory -the reception is satisfactory.

Predictive text is annoying -it predicts big long words when you just want a short two letter word . It can seems annoyingly complicated when you want to go back and correct a typo or add something-it tries to change words while you scroll back and won't let you insert letters easily into the middle of words etc that are already written.

The headphones are non standard adapter so you HAVE to by speacial compatible ones -again annoying as the standard ones that came with it are poor sound quality.

The phone itself seems quite tough as I always just throw it in my bag or put it in my pocket -no scratches so far -Have dropped it quite a few times where the back and battery go flying ..still no chunks out of it yet .

The camera quality is actually alright -more so when used outdoors not so much indoors .The video camera is also pretty standard but fair .

The phone doesn't come with a cable to connect to the computer to upload pics/videos/to put on mp3s etc but I bought a cable for a couple of quid online so can do that now-is pretty straight forward.

You can choose a colour theme for the phone -about 4 themes I think -nothing exciting but at least you get a choice. I think originally this phone may have been aimed at teenagers or boys as there are skater themed wallpapers /screensavers available .

There is a calculator ,alarms, stop watch ,calendar , notepad and a game. You can get more games form the internet but again you would need more memory in order to store and play it ,

Holds around 100 texts maybe more so is good if like me youlike to keep a lot of texts. Can store contacts to phone or sim or both .

Over the year I have had this phone I have learnt to tolerate it and sometimes even nearly like it but I think there are a LOT better phones out there and probably for quite a bt less then I paid for this . (I paid £49.99-but was from a catologue).
