This is without a doubt the best phone I have used. The Walkman MP3 player is superb with its 512 mb memory card inluded. The quality of the pictures taken with the 2 megapixel camera are the best I have seen from a phone camera and it is so easy to use. Whilst the camera is packed with features, the menu system and external buttons make using the features simple. I used Nokia phones for a long time then Samsung with s E700. I also used a Sony Ericsson T610 which was also an OK phone. Having used the W800, I have become totally dedicated to Sony Ericsson phones. If you want a phone with market leading camera and Walkman MP3 player, do your self a favour and get the W800
