Advantages: Beautiful sharp picture and crisp clear sound. It also looks very stylish. Disadvantages: None, however an extra HDMI socket would be the icing on the cake!
I have owned this T.V. for roughly six months now and I love it. Everyone that comes round to visit for the first time always comments on how nice the T.V. is! Prior to buying my TV, I tried to do a lot of research so that I made the right decision when it came to actually purchasing it. For me anything over £500 is considered a big purchase and I wanted something that was going to be stylish, modern and sleek. I had also decided that I wanted a ... ...be wall mounted.
I actually bought my T.V from Argos online as at the time they were doing a special deal… £739.99 which included a free 3 year warranty which usually costs around £59.99! It seemed like a great deal so I went ahead and bought it. Incidentally I had just moved into my new flat, so the timing for the special offer was spot on!

For me anything over £500 is considered a big purchase and I wanted something that was going to be stylish, modern and sleek. I had also decided that I wanted a flat screen T.V. as they are lightweight and can easily be wall mounted.

The T.V. has been beautifully designed and the picture I get with this television is amazing. Always clear, never any lines or imperfections. When watching films, the picture is realistic and very natural to the eye. The T.V. is 'High Definition Ready' which basically means that it has the ability to display high definition signals with the addition of a separate HD receiver. HD broadcasts tend to be at a much higher resolution than digital or regular analogue broadcasts and have greatly enhanced picture quality. The level of detail is astonishing with clearer, sharper and more vibrant images. The HD feature will be excellent for the future.
The T.V. also has an integrated digital tuner for access to free view digital channels. In affect this means that you don't need to purchase a separate set top box as one has already been built into the T.V!
The HDMI socket is another great feature that this T.V. has. HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) provides an interface between any compatible digital/ audio/ video source, such as a DVD player, set top box, a PC, video games system or an AV receiver and a compatible digital audio and/or digital monitor such as this digital television.
The sound that you get on this T.V. is next to none. It has virtual Tru Surround Sound and the speaker output is 20w (RMS) making the audio quality superb. The T.V. cleverly suppresses noise (hiss) leaving you with crystal clear dialog & ambient sounds. In my opinion, there is no need for additional speakers.
Other useful features include 3 AV inputs, remote control and Fastext. The T.V. is very light weighing a mere 15 kg making it ideal to mount on a wall or you could put it on a stand.
The price of this T.V. varies significantly depending on where you buy it. I've seen it advertised from £899.99 right up to £1199.99, so it's definitely worth shopping around to get the best possible deal.
I would recommend this television to anyone planning to purchase a new TV. It is excellent value for money with the all round quality that you would expect from Sony.
Advantages: Superb picture, natural colours and excellent visual dynamics Disadvantages: Only one HDMI connection
...what can I say! The Sony Bravia KDL-32V2000 is the King amongst LCD TVs. After owning this TV for about two months I couldn't be more impressed. At first I was worried that the picture on an LCD screen wouldn't compare to my old CRT, I couldn't have been more wrong. The Sony displays an extremely sharp picture and the range of hues is nothing short of outstanding. ----------Tech Spec----------
With a resolution of 1366x768, digital and analogue ... ...it's when you get the Sony up and running that it really justifies its price. With a bit of tweaking it's possible to get a picture with a beautifully natural colour balance, fine detail from highlight to shadow, and serious impact. Even if you are not technically minded the menu and settings are simple enough to allow anyone to get the most out of the TV.
----------Conclusion----------
I purchased this TV at £1700 but now can be found for around ...

Advantages: Crystal clear picture quality from any angle Disadvantages: Haven't really found any yet but is a bit bulky to hang on the wall with brackets
The TV is such a treat, the picture and sound quality is excellent and it can be viewed from any angle. When I bought the TV I was concerned that it would be difficult to install but it was so simple a 5 year old could master it in seconds. It installs itself really.
My son informs me that it has a port to connect to the PC and he plugs his PC into the television to play games etc which have amazing graphics and sound on the TV. I am not usually ...
