Wow! What a fantastic piece of Kit. we decided to update our old tv and first decided between plasma and lcd - go for LCD every time - far better picture quality and more reliable in the long run, but they are more expensive! We shopped around for the various brands but i have owned several sony products in the past and have always trusted their quality and how logical the controls are - just so easy and straight froward to use. What few comapnies can tell you though is the difference between the model nos. The first is easy - all are KDL. the next is teh screen size in inches - again, 32, 40, 46 etc. But tehn you have letters and a 4 digit no. Basically the higher up the alphabet the letter, and the higher the no. the better, but a say 40V4000 is better than a 40W3500. Confusing ??
