The sound reproduction using the Sony MDR-EX 90 LP is just down right fantastic and the best I have ever heard through a set of headphones. Every sound is easily distinguishable and picking up deeper bass notes and background instruments in songs is really easy now which adds to the entire listening experience with the headphones.
Replacement headphones for my well known fruit based MP3 player were the order of the day. Considering I only paid £80 for the MP3 player I was staggered by the cost of new headphones at £25, and for what? Positively poor quality sound playback, a distinct lack of depth to any bass and discomfort in the ear. Looking further afield for compatible earphones lead to what turned out to be a very expensive quest. The headphones have a soft rubber coating so that when they sit in the ear the slide in gently and then expand stopping sound escaping and from outside noise from filtering in and ruining the listen experience. The aluminium coating to the stems make them stand out and I think they are a thousand times better looking than the plain old white Apple headphones. When I first got the headphones I had to fit the rubber pieces myself and found it very frustrating as they pieces are really small and my fingers are quite chunky. In the end my wife managed to ft the medium sized coatings over each earpiece. Even though this was a bit of a pain the fact that there was a selection of sizes to suit the user impressed me and showed that someone at Sony was thinking outside the box.

To sum up, the headphones are the most comfortable I have ever experienced, the sound quality produced is ground breaking and the build quality and looks are brilliant. They are expensive but they are worth every penny.
Advantages: soft ends, great sound quality Disadvantages: none
These headphones could be the start to a new generation of headphones. They have excellent sound quality nad are better to use in loud places than usual headphones. The fit perfectly in to any ear and if you have had problems in the past with earpieces than these headphones will help, as they have a soft thin bit of rubber at the end so they fit snug and don't hurt your ears because i used to have problems with headphones.
The connector at the end ... ...wont fit in to your phone unless you have to right adaptor for it which should come with your phone. I would reccomend these great heaphones to anyone.

Advantages: Sound quality Disadvantages: Not Comfortable , Big price tag
I accumulated these headphones also I have been really pleased, entertained by the playback quality. I recently got a new mp3 player and the head phones I got with it were rubbish, so I looked around and thought why do not I spend as much money as I can on them otherwise I will have some really bad ear phones that I do not really want. I got them and before I knew it I was sat on the bus, the trains even just walking around the house using these ... ...as I could the only problem I had was that they were not really that comfortable in my own view that was the only disappointing thing about them other than that I just got used to them and kept on listing. Verdict: I would recommend anyone to buy these head phones if you can overcome the price tag. ...
