Before buying the headphones I was a little worried about the coverage of the signal. I have a large living room, and a fair bed room. However I was surprised to find that it has a range of 10m upwards (that's all I could test it to). There is nor interference in the signal if blocked by physical objects which is amazing really. And now im so glad I did! I can now listen to the television at night without disturbing a soul and better yet, i can turn the music up real loud and dance. What more could you want?

The headphones are easy to set up. It comes with all the cables and an easy to use instruction manual. Simply connect the box into the back of your television using the cables provided and Hey Presto! you can listen while walking around the room. This is very easy to disconnect and reconnect as I often take them into my room at night to listen to my television in there without disturbing anyone.
The sound quality is fine for me, although on my own admission I am certainly no expert. If listening to television the quality of sound isn't really important anyway but I can certainly not tell the difference between earphones or none. In fact wearing the earphones gives a sort of "surround-sound" feel when listening to the television. One thing that I will add though is that if they are used near some electrical appliances (for example my computer) then the quality of sound can be dramatically reduced. This is ok if the appliance is turned off so it's no big deal.
The headphones are extremely padded and are very comfortable. I even forget that they are there sometimes!!! The one disadvantage to these headphones though is the size of them. They just about fit round my head, and my head is by no means big. I'd say it is medium sized. Anyway if you have a larger head then you may have trouble with fitting and may need an extension. Just a warning!
Overall at £22.54 from Amazon you can't go wrong. These are inexpensive high quality headphones for all the geeks out there who like to listen to music channels while dancing or stay up watching late night movies.

Quick review of Sony MDR IF140K Headphones
I just got a pair last week so that i could watch DVDs all night without disturbing the neighbours. The sound quality is not really outstanding, but thats to be expected i guess at this price range and being wireless to boot. My major crib is that the hiss is TOO much, specially during low volume spells in the music/movie. Is there any way i could sort this out?
Other than that it's a good buy. Light, easy to hook up, long battery life, handy volume controls, auto switch off...all the bells and whistles are in place. Now if only i could find a solution for the hiss. Any tips guys? ...

These headphones are amazing ! the sound quality is excellent with these the best ive ever had. i last put batteries in my head set around a yer ago now and they are still working fine and are really loud when on full blast which ive only done once ! i alternately swap my head phones with my tv because they work fine with that as well. the downside of them is that if you dont adjust them right when your listening you can hear a fuzzy soun in the ...

I brought these headphones from Argos, because they were in a sesion sale. If I had been specificaly looking for a pair of headphones I would have been pretty disapointed.
