Advantages: Light-weight, comfortable and great sound quality. Best in this price range. Hard-wearing - they do not break easily! Disadvantages: None - unless you don't like to wear the head-band!
I think these are pretty much the best headphones you can buy for a reasonable price. If you buy them much cheaper than this they are not going to last.
My Sony headphones have lasted for AGES and have not lost any sound quality at all. They are extremely comfortable to wear, and you do not have the problem of them falling out of, or hurting, your ears because of the headband. They are great for exercising in, and I think they have a better sound quality than other 'over-the-ear' headphones as they actually go in the ear, so there is no sound leakage. They are also really lightweight, so great if you wear them a lot - you can't feel them! ...

Recently bought myself a pair of sony mdv150 head phones. I picked them up in tescos costing 12 pounds. In the past I have personaly owned about 25 pairs of head phones ranging from the very cheap to the quite expensive. These small light weight head phones are miles ahead of any of the other cheap head phones i Have tried and can even hold their own amongst the mid range ones i have used personaly. Now obviously these are not the worlds greatest headphones but for the price asked there is just no comparison in my honest opinion, they weight next to nothing are comfortable in prolonged use and are so versatile they are big enough to use for bedroom deejaying and small enough to wear while walking the streets without looking like a muppet.
