Minidisc is one of the most easy to use recording formats these days. It is also becoming very popular since you can store up to 320 minutes of digitally recorded music on a single disc that costs around £1. These MD seperates have proved to be very reliable. I help out at a not-for-profit radio station and we bought several of these decks a while back and they all survived over three years of nearly 24 hour solid use before, one by one, they died. So impressed by their reliability, the replacement models we chose were the same type. Although not as fully featured as some decks, they do feature nice mechanisms and most of the features needed.
