DESIGN is clean and very different to previous designs Sony have released. For someone who likes simplicity or minimalism, this is a great choice.

MDLP: This Minidisc Player is MDLP compatible so if you have an MDLP recorder, you can fit up to 4 CD's on to 1 MD. Very good news for when you don't want to be carrying a load of discs around
CHARGING CRADLE: For the design conscious, the charging cradle makes your MD player look stylish when placed around the rest of your Tech equipment. The red light on the charging cradle also notifies you when the MD player is charging and is fully charged.
CONCLUSION: You can't go wrong with this MD player. The fact that this is a portable MD Player means that it should be in a pocket or pouch most of the time and so there's no need for an LCD screen to be on the main unit. Battery Life is one of the best I've seen on a portable music player Price is exceptionally good for all the features you are getting and is totally justified, compared to the higher end MD players costing in excess of 200 pounds

This minidisc player includes "MDLP" which basically means you can fit more music onto a single minidisc (great huh!) although the quality will slightly decrease. So it allows for 320 mins of playback (OVER 5 HOURS OF YOUR FAVOURITE TUNES)! It does this by compressing the music into a format no as ATRAC3.

Overall i feel that this is a very good product and would advise it to almost anyone, it is smart (so good for all of you business men) and it is also stylish (good for all of you teenagers out there that like to be "cool").
