Today I'm going to write you about my experience with Sony Walkman NWZ-B133B (1GB) mp3 player.
First the look, it’s black with matt silver colour on the sides. The LCD screen makes the information look nice and easy to read. On front you can find 4 buttons, the famous Sony home button, play/pause, next track, previous track, on the sides you can find outstanding good quality hold switch, volume, bass and record button. There are no problems with these buttons, they are solid and long lasting. On front of mp3 there is some kind of glass or plastic that makes it looks good, and shiny, but in the same moment it's not solid and it breaks close to the edges, but taking good care of it will help to prevent that damage.
The battery is a Lithium ion it holds for long, the specs says it's 16 hours, but once I get about 20 hours of non-stop listening to music. It uses USB charging, so it's an advantage if you don't have time or money to buy batteries but a big pain if you're in some place without access to PC. Charging is really fast, sometimes I charge for like 5-10 minutes and its last for few hours. For me the battery is great.
Memory is 1GB it holds about 250 songs for this price it’s a fair size.
Now the features: FM radio, unfortunately I don't use it so I can't say is it good or not. Recording is really good, you can chose from Low, Medium and High quality the last is seriously a good quality, I use recording for my band rehearsals so later on I can listen to it again and study it. Bass button works really good if you like to hear the beat. The rest of the options are just as like in other ordinary Mp3 players.
The most important thing, the sound quality is average with standard ear phones but if you invest extra few pounds in other ear phones the sound get's much much better.
Sony Walkman NWZ - B133B mp3 player is small and handy, buttons do their job. The battery and USB quick charge feature is the best choice if you have access to PC, but if you go for camping better buy mp3 player that uses normal batteries. Recording feature is a great addition to the standard pack of options that Sony Walkman series offer. This mp3 player is a good value for money if you look for music player device this is your choice.
